The series of six one-hour programmes will see our presenter, Sir Tony Robinson, discover the world by train and explore exceptional cities, iconic landmarks, their culture, society and history.
The first episode of the series finds Sir Tony travelling from London to Istanbul. In Istanbul Tony met inspiring Istanbulites who help him experience the past and present of Istanbul, immersing him in local activities and environments.
