Münir
Executive Producer and Founder
With a Masters degree in Business Administration from England’s Exeter University, Munir is the business brain of the company. He launched MA Productions in 2006. He gets the team to identify with each project and thrive on challenges.
Oya
Director of Finance
Oya has been with MA Productions since 2008 and is responsible for managing the company’s finances. She has an Economics degree from Boğaziçi University and is an avid lover of cats!
Tuncer
Production Manager
A jack of all trades, Tuncer can arrange anything and find anyone. Reliable, persistent and fast, he is our secret to success behind the scenes. We have all had to learn the trade but Tuncer is a born fixer.
Melisa
Producer/ Director
With us since the beginning, Melisa is UK based and acts as our in-house advisor. With over a decade of experience working for big networks such as the BBC as a PD, she oversees our business development.
Esra
Fixer
Over the years, Esra has travelled to locations all over the country facilitating a wide variety of projects. She is a DIY-crafts whiz and loves outdoor activities including climbing, mountaineering and hiking.
Önder
Producer / Director
Since graduating from the University of California, Onder has worked both in LA and Istanbul on a variety of feature films as well as advertising, branded content and factual television productions.
Volkan
Drone Operator
With over 10 years’ experience, Volkan is one of the best drone operators in Turkey. Name your challenge and he will push boundaries to get the shot. He works on many feature films as well as commercials, documentaries and live sports events too.
Caglar
Director
Since beginning his directing career with a feature length documentary project in 2014, Caglar has co-written, produced and directed critically acclaimed short films, TV programs, international action sports videos and online branded content.
Oğuz
Sound Operator
Oguz is highly experienced in field recording, sound design and editing. Since 2000, he has worked on numerous international productions including feature films and documentaries. He has recently started producing as well.
Cengizhan
Producer
A film graduate, with a background as an editor, cameraman and director on docs, commercials and short films, Cengizhan is ready to roll for every type of project.
Funda
Producer/Director
With 20 years in studio and on location for Amazon, FOX, MTV and Disney, Funda has run live multi camera broadcasts, docs and corporate films. She recently worked closely with Michael Palin and the Channel 5 UK team behind ‘Into Iraq’.
Ali
Fixer
Ali is our IT genius and part–time fixer. He says little but quietly takes care of everything.
Buket
Fixer
Buket is a true citizen of the world having travelled to more than 60 countries, often writing about her adventures in books and magazines. She is always an inspiration to the team.
